We have a choice of two rooms.

One Double Room

The double room has a double bed with a comfy chair to relax in

Tea/Coffee making facilities are a available.

The family room has a double bed and a single bed, it also has a comfy settee and armchair for you to relax in.

Tea and coffee making facilities are available.

All bathroom facilities are shared.

Wi-fi also available.

Rooms are made availabe at the time argeed on booking. 

Departures are by 12pm (or agreed otherwise)

Breakfast is served from 9.30am and your requirements for this are tailored to your indvidual needs - be it a full blown English Breakfast or just a bowl of cornflakes.
